Sous Chef

PeopleReady of Longmont, CO is now hiring Sous Chefs. As a Sous Chef, you will perform many different duties that are part of preparing meals. Please do not apply unless you can meet the day and hour requirements. Must accept the schedule listed above and be on time. Please do not accept only one or two days, must be able to work them all as posted. Dress code, all black. Closed toe shoes, chef hat.

Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $22 / hour.

What you'll be doing as a Sous Chef:

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes 

• Prep, cook, and serve food 

• May assist with catering orders and to-go orders  

• Clean kitchen area, take out trash, mop floors and wipe down the dining area when needed 

Available shifts:

Shift Timings - 2nd Shift (Evening) , Weekends

Job requirements:

• Previous experience required 

• Good knife skills and knowledge of food preparation 

• Able to work all areas of the kitchen 

• Stand in kitchen environment for long periods of time
