Our client, a leading organization in the Financial Industry is currently on the lookout for an experienced, remote Contract Manager to join the team and help drive their success to the next level.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and modify contracts and agreements within company standards and protocols: Software as a Service Saas, contract renewals, Request for Proposals RFPs, including data protection and addendum to previous Master Service Agreement (MSA), renewals of lease or service parts as well as NDA's

• Effectively negotiate contract terms and conditions.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure contracts align with company goals and regulations.

• Maintain proper contract documentation within company's contract database.

  Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Law, or related field is a plus

• Proven experience as a contract manager
