Century City Law firm seeks Executive Legal Assistant (Onsite)

The Executive Assistant will support a busy partner at a prestigious law firm. The Executive Assistant will be a calendar wizard and understand the partner's calendar is ever-changing. The Executive Assistant will be the gatekeeper to the partner's calendar and time. The Executive Assistant will also handle expense reports, coordinating domestic travel, and project related tasks.

The hours are 40 hours per week with some overtime. This is an onsite position.

The Executive Assistant must be comfortable with technology. There is growth within the position to Operations' opportunity!

Requirements

• 4+ years of Executive Assistant experience

• Currently reside commutable distance to Century City
