Google Global Product Lead, DV360 Product Strategy in Los Angeles, California

This role may also be located in our Playa Vista, CA campus.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 4 years of experience in business, go-to-market, or commercialization related functions.

  • 2 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience leading operational/strategic initiatives and large-scale change management.

  • Experience designing and implementing product and sales go-to-market strategies.

  • Experience with data analytics.

  • Knowledge of advertising and brand marketing ecosystem.

  • Ability to structure a compelling storyline and build presentation decks/documents to support their position.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Our mission in Product and Sales Activation (PSA) is to fuel Google Customer Solutions (GCS) advertiser growth by enabling our small and medium-sized business (SMB) customers to achieve the most with our products today and shaping our products for tomorrow. PSA is the product and business expertise behind the GCS Sales teams responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth and product adoption.

Within PSA, our Display, Video, and Creatives (DVC) team focuses specifically on the growth of our Display and YouTube ads business. Within DVC, our Measurement team focuses on simplifying measurement and proving that Display and Video drives customer success.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $115,000-$169,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • GCS subject matter expert on DV360 (including competitive platforms, programmatic, 3P video and CTV).

  • Inform GCS global commercial strategy for DV360 (e.g., develop commercialization plan, define advertiser/agency segments, set business activation goals, and build business cases) and support global Sales teams through training, materials, and incentives.

  • Partner with regional sales and go-to-market stakeholders to understand regional needs and develop insights to inform commercial/product strategies.

  • Partner with product management to influence product roadmaps and ensure they reflect the measurement needs of GCS customers.

  • Track business growth against key performance indicators (KPIs), identify/execute on growth opportunities, provide feedback, and support executive reviews.
