Overview

• THE ROLE:The Distributor Initiatives Deployment Team is looking for a key player that would be responsible for managing the execution of key Distributor (DS) initiatives designed to support Herbalife distributors' success and growth.

HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:

  1. Strategic Planning and Execution:

• Participate in the planning and lead the execution and rollout of distributor initiatives, ensuring they align with strategic goals and meet operational standards.

  1. Project Management:

• Take ownership of projects by managing timelines, resources, and tracking budget associated with DS initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

• Coordinate and manage multiple project interdependencies.

  1. Interdepartmental Collaboration:

• Collaborate with various departments, including DS Training, Digital Office, Communication & Recognition, Marketing, KAM, Operations and Regional Teams, to ensure seamless integration and execution of DS initiatives across all relevant platforms and channels.

  1. Performance Monitoring and Analysis:

• Monitor and analyze the performance of deployed initiatives, using data-driven insights to report on effectiveness, identify improvement areas, and make recommendations for future enhancements.

WHAT’S SPECIAL ABOUT THE TEAM:

The Distributor Initiatives Deployment Team plays an integral role in creating go-to-market strategies for launch of global and regional initiatives, programs, and tools. This is a team with high visibility that also manages launching such initiatives. The goal of this group is to ensure that both our regional partners (internal) and Distributors are well supported to grow the business.

Qualifications

SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

• Excellent project management, collaboration, and relationship building abilities to oversee complex, multi-faceted initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

• Effective communication skills to articulate program benefits and requirements to stakeholders and team members.

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.

• Help shape initiative deliverables by providing insights and feedback from program analysis.

• A Self-starter, organized, detail-oriented individual that takes ownership.

• MS Excel and PowerPoint

• 7+ years of experience managing projects, such as, but not limited to: Management Consulting, Operational, Product Development, Sales Initiatives, Marketing, Process Improvements, broad Financial Analysis.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, economics or similar.
