STS CONSTRUCTION Residential and TI Construction Supervisor in Los Angeles, California

This is a bags-on/working supervisory position for residential remodel and T.I. projects

Responsibilities:
Work with the Project Manager to oversee all aspects of a construction project on site
Manage the project schedule
Allocate resources for assigned projects
Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
Qualifications and Requirements:
5+ years of previous experience in construction
Experience as a bags on supervisor
Experience reviewing subcontractor scopes
Experience running TI's is a plus
Experience building ADU's is a plus

Job Site Locations: Los Angeles, CA
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Start Time: 6:00am-9:00am depending on project
End Time: 3:00pm- 6:00pm depending on project
