Job Summary

Line Cook will handle aspects of meal preparation including: Menu planning and preparation, Food preparation- including: grilling, sautéing, baking, frying, and plating; Supplies management and inventory rotation; Kitchen staff development, following food storage and handling guidelines; Kitchen sanitization and equipment maintenance/ cleaning. This is a part-time hourly position. Wages are negotiable based on experience and duties performed. Personal transportation is necessary based on our rural location. Must have or obtain current food handlers or ServSafe certification. An Equal Opportunity Employer.
