We are in search of a meticulous Cash Application Specialist to be an integral part of our team in LOUISVILLE, Kentucky. As a Cash Application Specialist, you will be entrusted with responsibilities such as reconciling balance cash daily, managing data entry, and working closely with credit specialists. The position also requires adept time management skills and the ability to handle deadlines effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting daily reconciliation of the money received versus what is in the bank.

• Efficient and precise data management, including matching postings in systems such as AS400, Bank of America, Intelligent Receivables, and Excel.

• Demonstrating strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

• Handling all internal communications with the Credit Specialist and Treasury Manager.

• Utilizing skills in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, Cash Applications, Cash Collections, Commercial Collections, Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP.

• Ensuring no customer contact or collections are part of the role.

• Embracing challenges and demonstrating independence and self-starting capabilities.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Familiarity with Billing procedures

• Ability to handle Cash Applications

• Experience in Cash Collections

• Knowledge of Commercial Collections

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
