Job Duties:1. Supervise Children: Provide direct supervision and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times during scheduled activities, playtime, meals, and rest periods.2. Plan and Implement Activities: Develop and implement age-appropriate activities, including arts and crafts, games, and educational exercises, to stimulate children's physical, emotional, and cognitive development.3. Assist with Meals: Help prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks, ensuring compliance with dietary restrictions and promoting healthy eating habits among children.4. Maintain Clean and Safe Environment: Regularly sanitize toys, equipment, and play areas to maintain a clean and hygienic environment. Monitor indoor and outdoor play areas for potential hazards and take appropriate measures to ensure the safety of children.5. Provide Emotional Support: Offer emotional support and guidance to children, addressing their individual needs and fostering positive social interactions and conflict resolution skills.6. Communicate with Parents: Maintain open and effective communication with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns or issues that may arise.7. Administer First Aid: Respond promptly to minor injuries or medical emergencies, providing basic first aid as needed. Follow established protocols for reporting incidents and seeking medical assistance when necessary.8. Collaborate with Team: Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and coordinate daily activities, share responsibilities, and ensure the smooth operation of childcare services.9. Attend Training and Meetings: Participate in training sessions, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and stay updated on best practices in childcare.10.
