Update* 8 am -430pm for training TBD for permanent schedule Onsite/remote 5101 Jefferson Commerce Blvd 40218 Job Duties and Responsibilities: bull Handle inbound and/or outbound phone calls to/from patients caregivers and providers. bull Provide appropriate customer service and an effortless experience to the caller. bull Provide accurate information to the caller. bull Process refills and schedule shipments for patients or providers bull Resolve the callers needs. bull Provide appropriate follow-up and next steps for caller. bull Follow Cover My Meds policies and procedures. bull Ability to work a flexible work schedule. Job Requirements/Previous Experience: bull Previous call center experience preferred. bull Previous healthcare experience desired bull Excellent interpersonal communication skills bull Strong problem-solving skills bull Proficient with Microsoft Office bull Able to type 35 wpm or greater.
