Addiction Recovery Care Financial Planning Analyst in Louisville, Kentucky

We are hiring a Financial Planning Analyst for our growing team! The Financial Planning Analyst is responsible for managing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting by analyzing the past and present financial data of the organization and estimate future revenues and expenditures. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

  • Creates variance analysis reports and financial models.

  • Leads real-time financial performance monitoring.

  • Escalates any financial issues to management.

  • Sets and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives.

  • Completes market research and comparable company analysis.

  • Recommends strategies for increasing financial performance.

  • Compiles detailed monthly financial reports.

  • Collaborates with senior members of the accounting and finance teams.

  • Provide administrative support to SVP of Business Administration.

  • Perform other assigned duties as required. 

    Key Experience and Education Needed:

  • Bachelor's Degree (advanced degree preferred)

  • Presentation/facilitation/public speaking

  • Appropriate State and Federal Clearances

  • Communicates effectively and has strong presentation skills.

  • Collaborates well with colleagues using adept social skills.

  • Works independently using project management skills.

  • Builds strong working relationships and has exceptional leadership skills.

  • Learns quickly and has strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

  • Knowledge and competency in problem solving, stress management, professional ethics and team building.

  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office software, Google suite, and Power Bi (or other similar product)

  • Flexibility to adapt to schedule changes and assumption of responsibilities not delineated in the job description which are related to work being completed.

  • Attention to detail and well organized

  • Able to perform cross-functional work in a high-paced environment.

  • Ability to prioritize work- and work-related responsibilities.

  • Ability to interact with staff in a professional manner.

  • Ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle crisis situations in a calm and supportive manner. 

  • Ability to exhibit professional and courteous behavior, consistent with the ARC mission statement, when interacting with persons of varying backgrounds and education levels to create a safe and healthy relationship with clients served
