Eligibility based on location
- Provide support for current and new operations/locations to include development and implementation of front- and back-office standards of operation, policies and procedures for the outpatient division
- Train all office administrative new hires as well as follow up training for all administrative staff when required; training will include but is not limited to insurance verifications and authorizations, scheduling, billing, customer service, payor and front office policies and procedures, pay-roll, accounts payable, and EMR systems/applications
- Ensure administrative staff have access to EMR and other required systems
- Assist with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) roll-out and provide training and ongoing support for office administrative staff and other users
- Assist in resolving location Accounts Receivable and billing issues with the revenue cycle team
- Monitor and oversee timely submission of location license renewals (business licenses, operating licenses) and ensure copies of licenses are posted
- Update and maintain front-office billing policies and procedures
- Maintain spreadsheet of location quarterly Quality Assurance results
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties assigned
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Business or related degree
- Medical front- and back-office experience required
- Experience with Webex EMR platform preferred
- Prior work experience in Outpatient AncillaryTherapy operations preferred
- Possess advanced Microsoft Excel skills and ability to train other users
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Demonstrate ability to analyze, design and implement effective change programs and manage multiple high-level projects
- Demonstrate effective and professional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Able and willing to travel regularly to division locations in other states, as needed
