Job Description

Join our team as a Patient Support Specialist where you will play a crucial role in providing patients with essential information regarding the availability, tracking, and shipping of their medication. Your responsibilities will include scheduling treatments to be sent to patients or their healthcare providers, and responding promptly to calls, emails, or other inquiries. You will be expected to maintain high service levels by accurately capturing and updating patient information in our systems.

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Louisville, Kentucky and some days remote.

Work Environment

Our work environment offers two shifts: 9:30am to 5pm and 11:30am to 8pm. This is primarily a desk job within a closed-door pharmacy setting, where you will communicate with patients and providers over the phone. Training will be conducted in person for the first 3 weeks (8:30am to 5pm). Upon meeting all performance metrics, you will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid setting, with the option to work from home 2 days a week.
