University of Louisville Program Manager II (Leadership & Culture Coordinator) in Louisville, Kentucky

Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a related field and six (6) years of related experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Grade 8 (Salaried)Position Description:Join our high performing team as a Program Manager II (Leadership & Culture Coordinator) and play a pivotal role in driving organizational success through effective leadership development and coordination in the Manufacturing Sector across Kentucky. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for delivery of services, coordinating Third Party Contractors, designing, implementing, and coordinating leadership programs and initiatives to nurture talent, enhance leadership capabilities, and foster a culture of excellence within the organizations we serve. Grant Funded Position. Continued employment contingent on grant renewals.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop and implement leadership development programs, workshops, and training sessions aligned with organizational goals and objectives.Coordinate leadership assessments, feedback processes, and coaching sessions to support the growth and development of emerging and existing leaders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify leadership development needs and opportunities for improvement.Facilitate leadership workshops, seminars, and team-building activities to enhance leadership skills, communication, and collaboration.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of leadership programs and initiatives, making recommendations to the Director for continuous improvement. Assist the Leadership Platform Director as needed. Coordinate and schedule Third Party Contractors to deliver leadership services. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Leadership or related field.Certification in leadership development, coaching, or talent management (e.g. CPLP, SHRM-SCP, ICF, John Maxwell Team).Strong understanding of leadership theories, models, and best practices.Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with diverse teams and stakeholders. Familiarity with assessment tools, such as 360-degree feedback, DISC, or Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).Knowledge of current trends and innovations in leadership development and organizational effectiveness.
