University of Louisville Program Manager (Manager of Accreditation) - College of Education and Human Development in Louisville, Kentucky

Minimum Requirements:Master's degree in a related field and two (2) years of relevant experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Grade 7 (Salary).Position Description:The primary duties and responsibilities of the Program Manager of Accreditation will be to direct, produce, develop, and organize materials and procedures related to program accreditation and University compliance within the College of Education and Human Development. Additionally, this position oversees new curriculum, including supporting faculty in developing and processing new courses and programs. This position will advise CEHD Leadership and Stakeholders on University policies and procedures, including requirements pertaining to The Redbook and other CEHD governance documents.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesCoordinate, organize, and maintain actions, activities, and documentation related to programmatic accreditation and accountability, Federal Title II Reporting, and University compliance.Write, review, and revise technical documents related to accreditation and accountability.Consult and coordinate with CEHD Leadership (Deans, Office of Academic Affairs and Unit Effectiveness (AAUE) staff, Department Chairs), faculty, staff, and other stakeholders regarding actions to support accreditation and accountability.Support the development and processing of new programs and program revisions to ensure curriculum documentation follows accreditation best practices and is compliant with University policies and procedures.Assist and coordinate unit effectiveness actions, including organizing stakeholder events focused on continuous improvement and summarizing and sharing course evaluation data with faculty and CEHD leadership.Assist the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Accreditation with the daily operation of the AAUE office with the Program Coordinator Senior and other colleagues working within the unit.Assist in developing and revising policies and procedures, drafting Memorandum of Agreements (“MOA”), working directly with Kentucky school districts on the execution and implementation of MOA, training dual credit high school instructors (adjunct faculty), and maintaining the CEHD dual credit website as needed.Preferred QualificationsMaster’s degree and five years of experience related to higher education accreditation and accountability.Strong verbal and written communication skills.The preferred candidate will be able to work within a team setting, be attentive to detail, and possess knowledge of accreditation policies and procedures.Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).Previous supervisory experience.CompetenciesLeadership - task oriented, ability to delegate and follow up.
