Humana Inc. seeks a Senior Software Engineer in Louisville, KY.Duties: Standardize the quality assurance procedure for software. Oversee testing and debugging and develop fixes. Research complaints and makes necessary adjustments and/or recommendations to resolve complex software related issues. Begin to influence department’s strategy. Make decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.100% telecommuting permitted within the U.S.Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or in related field plus 5 years of experience working in software engineering or related role.The role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in .Net.The role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in each of the following skills:• SQL;• SOAP or REST;• Azure Cloud; and• JSON.Preemployment background check and drug screening required.40 hours/week.
