Waystar Solution Adoption Enrollment Specialist, Strategic Accounts in Louisville, Kentucky
ABOUT THIS POSITION
This role is responsible for assisting our clients with the end to end process of completing enrollments in order to submit and receive electronic EDI transactions.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Dedicated Enrollment support responsible for all enrollment cases, requests, follow up & communication
Identifies opportunities to streamline the overall enrollment process specific to assigned accounts
Oversees enrollment for add-on accounts post implementation
Audits accounts at the domain level monthly to ensure maximum enrollment for all possible payers by transaction type
Understands customer needs and setup requirements based on their account type (i.e. physician group, HS&H, RCM, lab, billing service, etc.)
Maintains up to date and accurate documentation
Trains clients on Waystar Enrollment screens and processes
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Minimum Requirements:
Must have in-depth knowledge and understanding of the EDI enrollment process
Clear and effective communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to meet deadlines with a strong sense of urgency
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks under aggressive time constraints
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and work independently as well as in a team setting
Ability to effectively build and maintain professional relationship with client’s enrollment contact
