The Human Resources Generalist will play a key role in supporting the Operations HR department and Hach by handling a variety of HR functions. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional with excellent interpersonal skills and a thorough understanding of HR best practices.

In this role, you will be focused on:

• Routine Tasks, Low Level ER, and Administration (40%)

• Administers Training/Initiatives (20%)

• Employee Engagement & Recognition (20%)

• Compliance (5%)

• Compensation (5%)

• Process Improvement (5%)

• Personal Professional Development (5%)

Travel: Less than 10% (*occasional and on an as needed basis)

Schedule: Flexible, but primarily M-F days. This is an on-site position.

Are you qualified?

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources.

• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

• Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.

• Have a Kaizen mindset; always seek continuous improvement!

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $73733 - $81800 USD per year.
