About the Role:

The Market Intelligence Analyst is a key position within Hach focused on deriving insights through market and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making. In this role, we will rely on you to apply a rigorous analytical skillset to build proprietary data sets with the goal of improving Hach’s institutional knowledge of market composition/trends and competitive activity. A successful Market Intelligence Analyst combines their analytical skill, bias for action, and growing industry knowledge work cross-functionally both within and without Hach to tap into information streams and fuse incoming information into organized reference materials effectively communicating difficult concepts in simple business terms.

The Market Intelligence Analyst is expected to be onsite in Loveland, CO, and have up to 10% travel.

Day-to-day you will:

  • Develop sustainable processes to collect, organize, and store information relevant to Hach’s market, customers, competitors, regulators, etc. and execute these processes continuously.

  • Effectively communicate and deliver market data to the point of use. This includes, but is not limited to, writing reports, participating in briefings, building spreadsheets, and attending team meetings.

  • Translate business objectives into information-seeking objectives. Conduct high-quality primary and secondary market research to accomplish these objectives.

  • Develop and drive standard work implementation for competitive analysis.

  • Understand and leverage the relevant Veralto Enterprise System (VES), including but not limited to: Problem Solving, Daily Management, Customer Segmentation, Voice of Customer (VOC).

  • Create clear and compelling market research storylines to inform the annual strategic planning process and other critical growth initiatives.

Are you qualified?

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Degrees in Finance or Business Administration a plus.

  • 1-3 years of progressive work experience; Business Intelligence/Data or Analytics experience preferred.

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office required, specifically Excel and PowerPoint required

  • Demonstrated success identifying critical market data and build processes for collection and aggregation required

  • Proficiency with Salesforce a plus.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $70,000 - $80,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
