Analyzes and coordinates office services such as personnel, budget preparation and control, fiscal affairs, equipment utilization, records control, and special management studies.

Major/Essential Functions:

  • Maintain and quality control Property Surplus Inventory, Property Inventory asset-tagged items, internal enterprise data systems information, assets sold via online auction platform, assets transferred to internal and external parties, and other key data indicators.

  • Define, analyze, and report on analytics and resources for a variety of projects for quality control.

  • Collect, analyze, interpret, evaluate, and input Property Surplus inventory data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and conformance to university and state reporting and procedural standards. Ability to apply numerical and analytical skills necessary for the analysis and evaluation of data in real time.

  • Must be able to think critically (out of the box) and be able to pay complete attention to details. Ability to make independent judgements and decisions based on established guidelines, state laws and compliance standards, and job experience.

  • Communicates with other departments as means to account for transferred property inventory, update Property Inventory System, and ensure accurate inventory information.

  • Ensure that all information, projects, data, and reports are accurate, up-to-date, and effectively communicated.
