Amazon EasyShip Operations Manager , EU 3P Expansion in Luxembourg, Luxembourg

EU 3P Expansion is looking for a talented and highly motivated EasyShip Operations Manager to join our team in preferably in Luxembourg or in the Netherlands/Poland to be part of our mission to improve the Consumer and Selling Partner experience across our emerging Amazon stores in EU. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a Day-1 organization, and provides a dynamic, innovative and fast-paced environment to constantly build your skillset and address new challenges.

Key job responsibilities

As a Operations Manager, you will be leading the success of EasyShip program, which is being launched first time in EU in Poland and Netherlands.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

• Monitor operations performance and work with other teams (EU MFN, Customer Service, Seller Support, Product) to address performance issues and ensure metrics are within goals.

• Build mechanisms to solve seller reported issues

• Monitor and drive seller impacting operational tickets to resolution

• Gather and analyze seller contacts and seller feedback to build scalable improvements with Product team

Projects:

● Develop models to assess problems, solutions and impact on business

● Understand a business problem, the available data and identify what statistical techniques can be applied for the solution

Reporting:

● Own the design, development, automation, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards on key drivers of our business

● Partner with operations/business teams to consult, develop and implement KPIs, automated reporting/process solutions and data infrastructure improvements

● Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into actions

● Prepare and deliver business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of procurement and source to pay methods at small and medium businesses

  • Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level

  • Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach or equivalent
