Amazon Seller Engagement Manager in Luxembourg, Luxembourg

Description

Amazon is looking for a Seller Engagement Manager to support the Self-Service Recruitment (SSR) channel of our EU Marketplace Expansion Business. We are looking for a creative, results-driven, customer obsessed candidate to support the selling partners conversion strategy for Amazon Stores in the Netherlands, Sweden, Poland and Belgium. The role is focused on removing seller friction as well as growth initiatives. The main tasks are to identify frictions, work with Amazon partner teams to improve the seller experience and create programs and promotions that are focused on seller growth. Example responsibilities will include 'walk the stores' to identify improvements and then owning the solutions. An ideal candidate will be well organized, data driven and results focused. They will have a passion for inventing and scaling a successful program, from identifying the focus areas to communicating the results and using the data to inform future business decisions and feature development.

Key job responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute initiatives to remove seller frictions

  • Optimize the registration conversion funnel performance over time against a clear set of measurable targets.

  • Analyze results and use the data to drive future strategies

  • Create and maintain detailed documentation including operational processes, workflows, and training documents.

  • Partner with technical and business teams to drive system improvements within Seller Central self-service solutions.

  • Own monthly/quarterly SSR reporting for leadership reviews and documents.

  • Possesses exceptional data and project management skills

  • Capable of handling multiple projects at once amidst rapidly-changing priorities and comfortable dealing with ambiguity

  • Ability to be successful both as an individual contributor and in a team environment, and also will be able to perform at both strategic and tactical levels

  • Ability to manage a wide range of responsibilities, thrive on solving challenging problems and not afraid to challenge the status quo

Basic Qualifications

  • several years of product management experience

  • Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services

  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers

  • Strong oral and written communication skills in both English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of SQL

  • Experience building business cases and communicating results throughout the organization

  • Experience influencing at all levels within an organization
