Sartorius Expert Production (F/H) in Lyon, France
Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Expert Production (F/H) pour Bio-Elpida, entité de Sartorius, basé à Saint-Priest.
Sous la direction du responsable de production, l'expert(e) production implémente les opérations de production en conditions stériles et non stériles dans le respect des procédures en vigueur et des exigences BPF.
Il/elle s'assure de la conformité des outils de travail et participe activement au maintien den conformité des zones en vue des productions pharmaceutiques.
Taches principales :
Participation à l'élaboration et rédaction des documents de travail ( MBR, Protocoles, Rapports, Analyse de risque ...) ;
Mise en place de procédés en conditions BPF (validation procédés, proposition d'amélioration des procédés en place) ;
Support lors des phases de production & suivi des lots (fabrication de milieux de culture et tampons, formulation, culture cellulaire, répartition aseptique) ;
Participation aux investigations en cas de non-conformité et apport de solutions pour résoudre des problématiques ;
Gestion de projets d’amélioration continue pour la production ;
Qualifications & Compétences :
Bac+5 avec connaissance en production environnement GMP et environnement aseptique
Rigueur et compétence organisationnelle
Esprit d’équipe et bonne communication
Autonomie
