Controls Crew Inc. Cost Estimator/Buyer in Madison Heights, Michigan
Individual must have a minimum basic knowledge of Microsoft Office family; Excel, Word, as well as intermediary competency working with software programs pertaining to cost estimating.Knowledge of CAD is preferred. Training will be provided. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Analyze documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
- Prepare estimates for purposes such as planning, organizing, and scheduling work.
- Prepare cost and expenditure statements.
- Review material and labor requirements to decide cost-effectiveness.
- Purchase materials after job is awarded.
