JOB REQUIREMENTS: Centralized New Market Implementation Coordinator Job Locations US-Remote Location ID 2024-23553 Company TDS Telecom Pay Range \$22.90 - \$37.21 Overview As Centralized New Market Implementation Coordinator (Remote), you will be responsible for the coordination of centralized processes to support Field Services. This position is involved in many aspects of the multi-dwelling unit (MDU), multi-tenant unit (MTU) & out of territory (OOT) processes and supports the field. This position enables addresses to serve TDS Products and services to residential, commercial, & multi-use buildings in both our OOT markets and in-territory markets. This involves maintaining continuous touch points with Field Services to ensure all teams are in operating alignment. All teams work closely with vendors to manage and coordinate daily operations. This position requires a high level of organization and multi-tasking ability. This position works in multiple TDS applications and works with both external customers and internal associates. It is expected that this position will change and develop over time as the processes for the team and the field evolve. This position is focused on a specific job function sub area, managing the drop process, and may be asked to move between other sub areas such as ROE (\"Right of Entry\") and Enablement based on the needs of the business. The expectation is that prior expertise/knowledge already exists, allowing for immediate ability to handle requirements. Drops - Manages drop process for all residential drops for OOT markets in addition to the Commercial/MDU drops nationwide. Creates all drops requests and coordinates work with multiple drop contractors using various applications (CustomerLink, AGOL, SA, LCM, SharePoint, etc.). This work is very detailed and multiple applications are used to review the drop placement for hand off to the contractors. Includes managing the drop permit process by working with municipalities, submitting permits with required support, invoice approval, etc. Manages UTS Queue (Triage team) and follows up with drop contractors daily. Processes all IUTA usages related to drop inventory. Provides timely reporting to all drop contractors on upcoming installs and drop due dates. ROE \"Right of Entry\" - Manages tasks related to ROE (Right of Entry) work for MDUs (Multi-Dwelling Units) in all OOT and Fiber Deeper markets.
