Find your way with Grainger today.Position Details: Reporting to the Senior Manager, Safety, you will partner with a variety of Grainger customers across industries, using your expertise to conduct hazard and risk assessments to identify customer needs or opportunities to improve their programs. Using Grainger\'s products, services and resources, you will design solutions to reduce those hazards and risks while expanding the Grainger business relationship with these organizations. In collaboration with the aligned Grainger sales team, you will develop a strategy to target and support customer needs across the territory.You Will: Conducts needs analysis to determine a match between the customer\'s requirement and Grainger\'s products or services. Engage Grainger resources to develop plan and timeline to implement solution. Drive implementation plan with customer. Check with customer to ensure needs are met.
