Landfill Practice The Landfill Practice resides under the Waste Sector within the Resources Business Group. HDR has been a leader in landfill and landfill related design for over 40 years, with experience throughout North America and globally. Our Landfill Practice provides planning, permitting, feasibility analysis, engineering and design, construction, monitoring and operational services associated with MSW and CCR landfills including site development and master planning. Leading HDR\'s Landfill practice through a combination of technical leadership, business development, relationship building, and direct billable work for clients on landfill design projects. This role is targeted to provide full-time technical direction and oversight to expand HDR\'s market share and branding in the landfill design field in North America and globally. These efforts may expand into the planning, sustainability, master planning, and strategic approaches to landfill related waste streams such as recyclables, organics, construction & demolition debris, and mining.
