JOB REQUIREMENTS: Optometrist - 27544 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule: Schedule will vary week to week with 3 month advance notice. Hours will fall between Monday- Friday, business hours. We are seeking an Optometrist to: * Join the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences to provide quality care as an independent health care provider while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team including general and specialty ophthalmologists. * Provide quality care in a compassionate and patient-family centered environment. * Plan and create learning opportunities for technical staff and residents. * Educate patients and families on wellness, prevention and treatment plans.
