JOB REQUIREMENTS: The purpose of the Sales Coordinator is to assist the Account Executives with administrative duties and responsibilities as assigned and/or requested. Provide exceptional customer service and an initiative-taking approach to providing accurate, timely and professional solutions to duties and assignments. Create and maintain positive, professional working relationship with all internal and external staff. In this role you will: Provide outstanding, high-quality, professional customer service to both our internal and external customers. Provide assistance in producing customer analyses, trending reports, and proposals. Assembling spreadsheets and physical documents as needed Mine data, analyze and prepare presentation materials. Assemble RFP\'s Attend weekly/monthly sales meetings and take notes as appropriate. Input data daily into Snapshots. Complete data entry needs and label/stuff mailings for Account Executives and Sales Management Sort and compile sales reports for each corresponding month. Coordinate sales related events. Compile and organize information for monthly recognition meetings. Manage front desk reception operations. Greet incoming clients to the Madison Corporate Building. Sort and distribute incoming mail. Manage calendars for meeting and conference rooms. Order lunches for client and internal meetings. Assemble Marketing collateral for Sales teams. Be available to back up other Sales Coordinators in our remote branches. Miscellaneous job duties as assigned. You should have: High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to provide outstanding, high-quality professional customer service Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong proofreading skills Data entry experience Ability to type 35-40 wpm Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook The Gordon Flesch Company offers Medical, Dental, Personal Time, Vacation Time, Holiday Time, Tuition Reimbursement, 401(k) and 401(k) match, a Wellness Program and many more!
