The opportunity

This role is based in Madrid and reports to the Group Product Manager in our Electrophysiology Division (EP), supporting him on Internal and Professional Education, and also managing Capital Equipment at country level.

We are looking for a specific profile with background in Electrophysiology and excellent communication skills, for an interesting opportunity as evolution in the career. If you think you have the following background and skills, apply to the position!

Required Qualifications:

• More than 3 years of experience in the EP sector, technical background required

• Knowledge of the EP Market in Spain including Abbott and Competitors Products

• Based in Madrid (relocation can be considered)

• Travel Required: 50%

• Able to engage and influence Internal Team and External Customers (KOLs)

• Analytics skills necessary

• Fluent in English

What You´ll Do

Internal Education:

• Implement a local training program to develop employees through the different steps of the FTE and Sales Rep career paths.

• Manage the link between EMEA and Spain for continuous education.

• Drive EP trainings locally when needed with Marketing team.

• Working with Group PM, schedule and prepare Marketing and Education calls/meetings with the field force.

Professional Education:

• Manage EMEA trainings for customers, being in contact with EMEA Education team.

• Develop and manage local trainings for customers. As the market environment evolves, adapt training to a new situation.

• Interact with international colleagues to train international physicians in Spain, visiting KOL centers.

Capital Equipment:

• Management of Capital Equipment installation base.

• Being in contact with EMEA Marketing and Service departments for new installations and new software requests.

• Internal and External promotion of Service Sales.

• Capital Equipment focus, working with Sales organization to track Business Cases and Leverage Deals.
