Description We are in search of an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in the Health Pharm/Biotech industry located in Magna, Utah. This role involves managing accounts payable and reconciling accounts in a dynamic work environment. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Process and manage all accounts payable in a timely and accurate manner.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and invoice processing.

• Reconcile account balances with a high degree of precision.

• Handle invoice processing, ensuring all invoices are properly documented and paid.

• Use your skills in account reconciliation to maintain accurate financial records.

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or inquiries related to accounts payable.

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to financial policies and procedures.

• Ensure the timely payment of all vendor invoices and expense vouchers.

• Maintain up-to-date accounts payable records.

• Assist in the improvement of the accounts payable process by suggesting enhancements to current methods. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required

• Demonstrable experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is essential

• Must have expertise in Invoice Processing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary

• A background in the Health Pharm/Biotech industry is preferred

• Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks is mandatory

• Strong communication skills both written and verbal are required

• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

• Must possess strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team is necessary

• Knowledge of general accounting principles is required

• Experience with accounting software is preferred.
