The Compliance Solutions Registration Services Consultant is responsible for ensuring satisfaction and providing Stellar Service to ADP's Registration Services’ clients who are in need of guidance in registering their businesses to various agencies.

  • This role will use multiple tools and resources in order to develop an accurate and comprehensive process for ID Registration and response to inquiries relating to the processing ID registrations.

  • Provides support to clients in reviewing open cases, coordinating with the agency, and maintaining client experience

  • The role also provides technical and operational support on regular production issues, processes and procedures, resolves product and client s concerns and/or opportunities by utilizing product knowledge and organization acumen

  • Develop relationships internally and externally that foster collaboration; maintain a knowledge level of support areas conducive for effective analysis of solutions.

  • Provide Service Excellence to your own client base in addition to supporting internal associates

  • Answers basic client questions regarding Registration Services including though not limited to funding, daily errors, maintenance reports, agency notices and amendments.

  • Other related duties as assigned.

Provide technical support to internal and external users regarding the resolution of production issues, processes, and procedures; respond promptly and professionally; Serve as a consultant in servicing ADPs products/technologies pertaining to Tax Registration Services

Reviews open cases to its completion. Provide assistance clients and internal associates

assist in all technical problems (i.e. website navigation, jurisdiction compliance requirements etc.) for the multi-products supported by Compliance Solutions. Effectively troubleshoot, replicate and develop workarounds as needed and in interim to ensure client service. Document and communicate the results to internal and external users, leadership and SMEs

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.

  • Communication and telephone etiquette skills are required.

  • Strong client relationship skills

  • Must be comfortable working in a performance-based and structured environment while demonstrating high ethical standards

  • Ability to learn and apply basic concepts in new situations

  • Initiative: the ability to seek out answers, solutions, and positive outcomes for both the client and ADP

  • Organizational Skills: the ability to multi-task, set priorities, and follow up in a timely manner

  • Proficiency in the latest web technologies and working knowledge of various operating systems

  • The ability to collaborate and work in a team environment as well as work independently and make sound decisions

  • Able to adapt to a fast paced environment

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required or equivalent in education and experience
