The Premium Learning Services (PLS) Advisor roles are primarily responsible for delivering high-touch, high-impact learning operations for defined OD&L projects and learning programs. The role will also be responsible for supporting the communications agenda of the project/program story and its performance storytelling via crafting, organizing, and implementing engagement and marketing materials. This includes learning program dashboards, feedback mechanisms, and other digital communications platforms authorized by Shell.

What’s the role?

The Project PLS Advisor, Assurance is responsible for:

FLBM Support for QGC Upstream

Scoping of e2e Activities, Documentation, and Setting up of the Process and act as FLBM QGC Upstreaam Focal Point

Assurance Controls: Performs daily/monthly/quarterly consolidated Data Validation Front Line Barrier Management (FLBM), Critical Leader (CL) and Technical Authorities (TA), identify root cause, analyze common themes and come up with actionable insights to increase accuracy. Presents outcome on a regular basis to the team and key stakeholders.

Assurance Project Delivery: Support in project documentation, preparation of change and comms, monitoring/maintaining project tracker, managing minutes of the meeting, facilitation of drop-in sessions and onboarding, etc.

Generalist/Back up Support : Key Accountabilities

  • Responsible in managing and processing for all assurance related requests and queries via the Functional Mailbox, Dropbox and Change Log

  • Responsible in managing learning activities in Workday Learning, creation of courses, certifications, and roles to support assurance requirements

  • Responsible for assurance related enrollment and onboarding activities, identification of movements, assignment of qualified assessors, maintain Qualified Assessor list and support recurring reports generation exercises

  • Responsible in maintaining the Assurance Sharepoint Site

  • Responsible for the monthly Assurance reporting and analysis

  • Collaborate with assurance partners/stakeholders and third-party vendors when necessary

  • Support other projects/continuous improvement delivery related to Assurance

Other activities: Portal Management, PowerBI Reporting, Site/Access Management and Assessment Record-keeping

The Project PLS Advisor, Extended Enterprise is responsible for:

  • Activity Migration for Joint Venture (JV), Non-Operated Venture (NOV), Portfolio Companies (PC)

  • Scoping of e2e Activities, Documentation, and Setting up of the Process : May include but not limited to Onboarding or JV/NOV/PC representatives to Shell Learning Programs and Policies, Access Management for Learning Tools and Programs, Inquiry Management, Reporting and Feedback Mechanism

  • Pilot Test Support for JV, NOV, and PC

  • Key interfaces with JV, NOV learning team, Affiliation Managers from Portfolio Companies

  • Assurance Controls: Act as Data Privacy and Quality Focal Point, to be more proactive in capturing any discrepancies or gaps to ensure compliance to Shell’s Data Privacy policies. H/She will also be responsible in reporting data quality related discrepancies from any learning reports linked to the said JV/NOV/PCs.

  • Support for Upskilling of targeted JV/NOV/PC Focals in alignment with the Shell Learning Teams during this transition year

What we need from you?

  • Proven stakeholder engagement and project management skills

  • Familiarity with Talent/HR Tools, Systems & Processes is an advantage

  • Workday experience is preferred

  • Knowledge of how Learning ‘operates’ in an organization – within the HR function and beyond e.g. business, employee and Internal communications generated learning

  • Project Management Knowledge and PMO capability

  • Knowledge of learning technologies – LMS, LXL, content platforms

  • Operational Excellence with strong experience in Continuous Improvement (CI)

  • Can handle complex and confidential individual cases with minimal supervision

  • Able to work under pressure, whereby setting priorities is key to deliver quality output on time

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including sensitive or challenging discussions.

  • Adapts in an environment with a variety of stakeholders, both in terms of seniority, location, and discipline.

  • Previous experience in Shared Services or relevant experience in a multinational environment is an advantage

  • Amenable to report following a mid-shift working pattern (3pm to 12mn PH time)
