Chevron Corporation Project Support Specialist in Makati City, Philippines

Interacts with clients to provide support with billing requests, information requests, suggestions, and complaints.

Overview:

The Business Processing Group is responsible for the administration of contractual agreements and marketing related programs between Chevron Products Company and its retailers, marketers and franchise customers in accordance with the company standards and local, state and federal Laws. The Project Support Specialist - Texaco Image Re-image will focus work towards the Texaco Re-image project. This a 3 year project, where over 1,200 Texaco Branded US Retail stations are required to participate in and complete within the project’s terms, conditions and schedules.

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

Texaco Reimage Program:

  • Assist with review and approval of Brand Books for each station. Assure that scope of work is aligned with program intent

  • Work closely with third party vendors, project managers and contractors/installers in the implement and completion appropriate image work for each station. stations

  • Provide routine and ad-hoc reporting/presentation of project’s progress

  • Monitor and track progress across the various stages of the project up to reimbursement processing

  • Collect and maintain documentation/evidence of project completion

  • Assist with identifying and closing gaps between design intent and actual installation.

Other projects related to sending agreements:

  • Level Up and Perennial Image Refresh Program:

  • Reviews and validates project enrollments and reimbursement requests.

  • Updates the tracking file of the project to identify the status of each retail site in terms of program participation and reimbursement.

  • Creates dashboard and dynamic reporting from the tracking file to be presented to the project team.

  • Conduct meetings with the project team, business partners and retailers or marketers to provide project participation insights, plan and provide strategies to meet targets and address inquiries and issues.

  • Monitors reimbursement releases to ensure that this will not go beyond the projected budget and agreed upon payment terms.

  • Generation of agreements and electronically sending it to target recipients

  • Maintain tracking file and report out to leadership team

  • Major projects of the Business Processing Group requiring basic manual navigation and keying (e.g. Rental Contract Updates, Sending Memos and Retail Programs enrollment database updates)

    Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Minimum of 1-2 years work experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills: Can effectively communicate to different levels in the organization and facilitate/present to different type of audiences

  • Organizational and Planning skills: Ability to manage priorities and work independently and with the team while producing quality work

  • Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data and provide meaningful insights and recommendations.

  • Problem Solving skills: Ability to exercise critical thinking skills to identify rootcauses and implement solutions.

Work Arrangements:

  • Open to be assigned to night shift work

  • Telecommute and WFH guidelines eligible (subject to terms and conditions and supervisor approval)

Relocation Options: Relocation will not be considered.

International Considerations: Expatriate assignments will not be considered.
