The Vanguard Group Application Engineer III in Malvern, Pennsylvania
Application Engineer III (The Vanguard Group, Inc. / Malvern, PA) -- Responsible for Analysis, Design, Development and Testing of software changes for all products in the line; responsible for Production Support for all products in the line; responsible to lead key initiatives and coach more junior developers; participate in all scrum meetings; responsible for adherence to operational key results including deployment number, mean time to detect (MTTD), mean time to respond (MTTR), and Service Level Objectives. Requires Master's in Computer Science, Electrical and/or Electronic(s) Engineering, or closely related IT field and two years of experience in job offered or in IT positions including Senior Java Developer and/or Software Developer and/or Programmer Analyst; or Bachelor's and five years of experience. Background in education, training or experience must include Java, AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS, S3, CFT, IAM, Glue, Athena; IT System Architecture skills; and demonstrated critical thinking skills. Company operates on hybrid model with three days in office and work-from-home available two days.
