Beach Point Club Lead Food Expeditor in Mamaroneck, New York
Assist the Restaurant Manager with ensuring flawless guest experiences by providing general guidance to other food expeditors during meal periods, setup-ups and breakdowns of the dining area for food service; Coordinate with the dining room team to establish kitchen service stations, ensuring readiness for service under the supervision of the Restaurant Manager; Create and arrange buffet setups for special events; Oversee service ticket food/wine items to be properly pulled from cold/hot stations, appetizer/pastry stations, and wine vaults and delivered to proper dining areas; Provide valuable input into menu item recommendations; Communicate any food allergies or special nutrition needs to the kitchen staff.Requirement: Associate degree in Hospitality Management or related field; Certifications in ServSafe food handling, ServSafe Allergens and ServSafe Alcohol; Supervise the work of waiters and waitresses.Worksite: 900 Rushmore Avenue, Mamaroneck, NY 10543
