AristaCare Painter (Per diem) in Manchester, New Jersey
AristaCare at Manchester is looking for a Painter to join the team. We are looking for an experienced painter for projects at a Nursing home environment. The ideal candidate will possess a background in painting and may help with light general constructions projects as needed. This role requires a dependable and detail-oriented individual who can work independently.
Duties and Responsibilities:
adequately prepare surfaces for painting through cleaning, sanding and priming
use patining techniques such as brushing, rollling, and spraying
mix and match paints and finishes as per instruction of the head of maintenance department
coordinate with maintenance department to prioritize projects
repair and smooth damaged surfaces
keep an inventory and handle proper storage and maintenance of paints, tools and equipment
Follow safety protocols within the building and use appropriate personal protective equipment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in painting is required, preferably in a healthcare or similar setting
Shift: Per Diem, as needed
