Job Title: Asset Management Team Lead (Non-IT)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Asset Management Team Lead to oversee our company's non-IT assets such as furniture, appliances, and other physical items. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage various tasks in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of asset management, including inventory, tagging, and tracking of non-IT assets.

  • Lead and manage a team, ensuring they perform tasks accurately and efficiently.

  • Coordinate effectively with clients, haulers, vendors, Facilities Management, and Security for smooth operations.

  • Oversee the transportation and placement of assets, ensuring they are properly handled and securely stored.

  • Generate and prepare comprehensive reports on asset tracking, inventory levels, and other relevant data.

  • Implement asset management policies and procedures to maintain inventory control.

  • Conduct regular audits to verify the physical presence of assets and reconcile with the database.

  • Coordinate asset disposal or recycling in compliance with company policies and environmental regulations.

  • Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to non-IT assets.

To be successful on this role, candidate should have the ff background or qualifications:

  • Education: A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in asset management, logistics, or a similar role. Prior experience in non-IT asset management such as furniture, appliances, etc., will be highly preferred.

  • Team Management: Experience in leading and managing a team. Must be able to coordinate tasks among team members, and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to effectively communicate with clients, haulers, vendors, Facilities Management, and Security.

  • Reporting Skills: Should have the ability to gather necessary data and prepare detailed reports.

  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. Should be able to prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.

  • Detail-Oriented: Must pay strong attention to detail to ensure that all assets are accurately accounted for and properly managed.

  • Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to identify and resolve problems that might arise during the course of work.

  • Computer Skills/ Technology Savvy

More about the role:

Work Schedule: M-F, 9AM to 6PM with Flexibility on Working Schedule however, will needed to be "on-call" 95% of the time

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Work Location: Predominantly in Mandaluyong but will need to be flexible to travel to support other offices or sites

Laptop and Company Mobile Phone will be provided
