We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Staff Accountant, in Manheim, Pennsylvania. This role operates within the local market involves a mix of tasks related to customer credit applications, maintenance of customer credit records, and resolution of customer credit inquiries.

Responsibilities: • Resolve customer credit inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner • Monitor customer credit accounts regularly • • Perform tasks related to Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) • Conduct regular Bank Reconciliations • Maintain the General Ledger and prepare Journal Entries • Carry out Month End Close activities • Utilize systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP in daily operations. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations

• Experience in conducting Bank Reconciliations

• Solid understanding of General Ledger maintenance

• Capability to manage Journal Entries accurately

• Proficiency in executing Month End Close processes

• Familiarity with NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP software

• Demonstrated ability to work with precision and attention to detail

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

• detail oriented certification such as CPA is a plus.
