Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with financing and insurance options, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Present and sell finance and insurance products, maximizing dealership profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with the sales team and provide training on F&I products and procedures.
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and disputes related to financing and insurance.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
- Previous experience in F&I management or automotive sales.
- Strong knowledge of automotive finance, insurance products, and regulations.
- Excellent customer service, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in F&I software and Microsoft Office Suite.
