Become One Of Our Valued Team Members: Our Endpoint Support Specialist is repsponsible for providing second-level comprehensive technical support for all endpoint devices, including desktops, laptops, tablets, smartphones, and printers. The role requires a strong technical background, excellend problem-solving abilities, and a committment to dlivering exceptional customer service. Install, configure, and maintain endpoint devices, ensuring optimal performance and security. Apply updates, patches, and antivirus software as needed. Assist users with technical issues, providing clear, step-by-step instructions and troubleshooting guidance either remotely or on-site. Record, track, and document incidents and requests in the IT service management system, ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up. Maintain accurate records of all endpoint devices and peripherals, including asset tracking and lifecycle management. Work closely with other IT team members to resolve complex issues, implement new technologies, and improve support processes. Develop and deliver training sessions for users to enhance their understanding of endpoint devices, software applications, and best practices. Ensure all endpoint devices comply with company security policies and industry regulations. Conduct regular audits and implement necessary updates to maintain security standards. What You\'ll...
