We are offering an exciting opportunity in the industry of law, specifically focusing on Family Law. Based in Mankato, Minnesota, we seek a detail-oriented and organized Attorney to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for representing clients in various legal proceedings, maintaining client relationships, and developing case strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients primarily in family law matters

• Conduct thorough case research to determine the best course of action

• Prepare and draft legal documents, such as pleadings, petitions,

• Work closely with clients to ensure a comprehensive understanding of their legal needs and represent their interests to the best of your ability

• Actively participate in court proceedings and argue cases

• Collaborate with the team to strategize, manage and resolve cases

• Maintain professional competence in the field of Family Law through continued education and staying updated with the latest industry trends and changes in laws and regulations

• Regularly travel to and from local courts for client representation

• Ensure adherence to all legal standards and regulations, maintaining the utmost ethical conduct at all times.

Requirements

• Must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

• Active membership in the state bar association

• Proven experience in family law practice

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple clients and cases simultaneously
