Ecumen Sales Specialist in Mankato, Minnesota

Description The Sales Specialist is responsible for partnering with the community Senior Living Consultant to meet occupancy and revenue goals. This position is directly responsible for day-to-day sales operations, lead and prospect cultivation and conversion, and move-in coordination. About Us: Ecumen Pathstone is hiring a Sales Specialist. Opportunity Details: Schedule: Full-Time, typical business hours. 32 hours per week. Schedule can vary dependent on community and marketing needs. Pay: Competitive hourly pay offered, alongside an outstanding benefits program. Essential Job Responsibilities: 1. Supports a relational sales process for the site. Ensures proper lead/CRM management and nurturing of prospects from inquiry to move-in including providing tours, explanation of services, follow-up, collecting reservation deposits and move-in coordination to meet or exceed sales goals and ensure a smooth transition for new residents. 2. Conducts outreach and assists with management of referral relationships with key stakeholders, such as discharge planners, county case managers, senior centers and transitional care providers. 3. Effectively communicates with interdisciplinary team members such as Senior Living Consultant, Executive Director and Clinical Lead to ensure a smooth and seamless process for the prospects from assessment through move-in. 4. Assists Senior Living Consultant with compiling and maintaining key reporting metrics that monitor site sales performance and budget occupancy. 5. Assists in the implementation of an Ecumen standard marketing and media plan to generate leads and brand awareness. 6. Stays abreast of local market trends and competitors to position the site as competitively as possible. 7. Performs other duties as assigned. Sales Specialist Minimum Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED 2+ years in Sales and Marketing and/or healthcare related experience. Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook) Must be flexible and adaptable to changing situations including able to work irregular hours, attend meetings and special events.
