Adamas Building & Adamas Security Porter for Luxury Residential Building (Full-Time) in Mantua Township, New Jersey

Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00-4:00 pm
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
Responsibilities:
Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
Cleaning and power washing exterior of the building.
Cleaning out exterior trash bins.
Cleaning curbside all building.
Trash removal and seasonal snow removal/ debris.
Estimate time and extent of repairs
Perform routine preventive maintenance
Maintain material and supply inventory
Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
Qualifications:
Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
Ability to handle physical workload
Deadline and detail-oriented
