Join PDS Tech Commercial Inc. as a Quality Control Inspector in Maple Grove, MN!

Your Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM and 2nd shift 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM, with overtime available

Pay Rate: - On 1st Shift: $24/hr - On 2nd Shift: $25/hr

Your Role:

• Thorough Inspections: Utilize naked eye, microscopes, electrical tests, and mechanical measuring devices to examine parts, components, printed circuit boards, and production assemblies for conformance to specifications.

• Accurate Documentation: Complete and maintain detailed inspection records.

• Hand Soldering: Perform and inspect hand soldering tasks to ensure high-quality standards are met.

• Collaborative Support: Assist Quality Engineers with First Article Inspections, paperwork, returned goods disposition, and issuing Corrective Action Requests.

Who You Are:

• Qualified: High School diploma or equivalent. Vocational training in electronics or mechanics is a plus.

• Experienced: Familiar with blueprints, measurement tools, and inspection equipment. Proficiency in hand soldering, geometric tolerancing, and statistical process control is advantageous.

• Certified: Ready to obtain J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610 certifications, with potential for IPC-A-620 certification.

• Detail-Oriented: Able to make informed inspection decisions and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Details: $24.00 to $25.00 per hour
