Job Title: Production & Service Technician

Job Description

As a Production and Service Technician, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, ensuring the assembly, calibration, testing, and maintenance of our packaging equipment meets the designed specifications and quality standards. You'll need a strong electro-mechanical aptitude to understand, troubleshoot, and maintain the packaging equipment. Your role will also include working with and providing detailed technical information to our sales, engineering, customer service, and manufacturing teams for product line support. You'll also participate in Kaizens and Lean activities and provide training to others on our packaging equipment as needed.

Job Duties:

• Set-up, assemble, and test products

• Read and interpret production documentation

• Troubleshoot mechanical or electrical problems

• Prepare production documents

• Maintain communication with various departments

• Review and edit equipment user guides

• Basic knowledge of PLC and HMI software systems

• Use business software system to perform routine transactiions
