Volt ADM Data Entry in Maplewood, Minnesota

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will provide support to Engineers and Scientists to create and implement purchase orders, supporting new product developments. This is a Hybrid role, mostly working from home after initial training. Candidates must be able to go into the office on occasion, so this position requires someone to be local to the Maplewood Minnesota area. Job duties:

  • Entering purchase orders
  • Tracking purchase orders through completion
  • Updating purchase order details as needed
  • Ensuring invoices are received and entered correctly
  • Setting up and coordinating with suppliers within SAP
  • Communicate proactively and effectively with the purchase order owners to ensure accurate data is entered and escalation is started when potential issues arise. This includes the coordination of shipping schedules and confirmation of the delivery of goods and services.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Basic understanding of SAP desired
  • Experience in customer service
  • High attention to detail
  • This position requires someone to be local to the Maplewood Minnesota area.
