Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.The Impact You'll Make in this RoleAs a Cash Application Global Process Lead you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by collaborating with global stakeholders (Accounting, Compliance, Corporate Audit, Business Finance, Order to Cash, Treasury, etc.) to define global processes and standards in the Cash application, Bank reconciliation and Customer Master Data space. In addition you will:Be responsible for providing global leadership to drive the cash application process, control standardization and efficiencies in the Global ERP and legacy systems.Optimize the global RTR activity in GSCs. Engage with GSC teams to ensure alignment between the GSCs for standard process understanding, enhancements and centralization initiatives.B responsible for reducing and eliminating global process gaps.Own the Business Roles and Role Profiles and ensure alignment to global design.Drive a value realization and compliance mindset by identifying process and system optimization opportunities enabled by a thorough understanding of global policies and practices.Support the Customer Issue Resolution team, troubleshoot and escalate issues as needed.Help to establish KPIs and global process metrics and monitoring.Support the month end close and Serrala implementation.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher AND seven (7) years of E2E process knowledge, finance and/or accounting experience in a private, public, government or military environmentORHigh School Diploma/GED from AND eleven (14) years of E2E process knowledge, finance and/or accounting experience in a private, public, government or military environmentAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Master's degree in from an accredited institutionExperience working with SAPExperience with global process development and/or global business process redesignPrevious experience as a Six Sigma Black Belt or Green BeltDetail oriented and enjoys working with global operational processesGreat communication skillsWork location: Remote - United StatesTravel: Ma include up to [5%][domestic/international]Relocation Assistance: May be authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
