Here, you will make an impact by:Developing deeper relationships with assigned IDN customers to promote the Medical Surgical division of Solventum.Developing and implementing strategies and tactics for business retention and profitable growth within assigned systems.Providing strategic direction to the field sales organization to drive compliance, clinical value and growth within the highlighted portfolios.Creating, presenting, and delivering insights using executive communication and presentation skills.Successfully communicating to leadership your customer insights, growth forecast, and innovative approaches to value-based contracts and customer data sets.Identifying opportunities using data trends, industry partners, and organizational goals to meet growth objectives managed through a Salesforce pipeline.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment on shared priorities.Creating and implementing strategic and operational plans by leveraging your project management skills.Company Vehicle:This position provides either reimbursement for personal vehicle use or in high mileage geographies a company vehicle may be provided based on fleet eligibility.Your Skills and Expertise:To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) AND seven (7) years of medical device experience.In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:Three (3) years of demonstrated experience leading sales strategy and development within IDN'sMinimum three (2) years of demonstrated leadership experience.Current, valid Driver's License.Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Expert in the use of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Salesforce, PowerBI and Tableau.Previous experience with National, Corporate Accounts, or Large IDN managementExcellent project management as well as business and financial acumenDeep knowledge a d expertise in healthcare economics, clinical outcomes, and supply chain managementExperience negotiating contracts and developing and executing business strategy.Experience with Infection Prevention, Vascular Access, Wound Care, Quality Outcomes, Surgical and Perioperative EnvironmentsMBA preferredWork location: Remote - Pacific Northwestern regionTravel: May include up to 50% domesticRelocation Assistance: Is not authorized.Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
