Volt is immediately hiring a Product Support Engineer in Maplewood, MN with a well-known industry leader. In this role you will drive existing product quality enhancement through use of continuous improvement methods and tools. This is a first shift role. As a Product Support Engineer you will: • Provide technical support and services for the window film portfolio in CBTD • Complete assigned technical activities related to product design changes in the areas of raw material management, test method development and validation, and management of specification changes • Verify, through application of scientific and engineering principles, product performance characteristics in support of product claims and warranties • Analyzes, interprets, and communicates results of technical work Estimated Duration up to 24 months. The ideal candidate will have:

• BS in a Science or Engineering field. Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Film coating processes, Practical understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC), Test Methods for films (preferred)
